Decency

'Decency' is a weaponised term that is used all over the world to condemn people that do not behave the way mainstream culture dictates. One should behave in a 'decent' way or be shunned by large crowds.

So where does that leave me regarding decency? I think a good way to look at it is per 'the golden rule' that is found in many - if not all - belief systems, religions, spiritual systems: treat other humans like you would like to be treated yourself. Simple and very effective if practised it seems to me.
